Her energy captured my heart, and several months later I reached out for her guidance. The most noticeable shift has been how I have become more adventurous and trusting in myself and the universe, which has opened me up to more fulfilling experiences and emotions. I had reached a point where fear of anything unknown or what I deemed unsafe had made my life much smaller as I strived to control every variable in even the simplest of tasks. We have focused a lot on many of my core relationships that have caused me pain, frustration, anger, confusion, and many other difficult emotions so that I can be more open to meeting people where they are while still prioritizing my needs. Most importantly, I have seen such a deepening of love and intimacy with my husband as I came to understand how some of my outdated beliefs and fears were keeping us from taking what was already a wonderful relationship to the next level that I didn’t know even existed! This alone is enough to make it all worth it. In addition, some of the notable physical manifestations of our work include an overall lessening of the tension I help throughout my body, a reduction in the number of headaches and migraines I used to get all of the time, better sleep, and much more.

She has the ability to sense things in the field that are out of alignment which help bring clarity and accountability. One of my biggest shifts in working with Brittany is being able to now work through a stack of energy. I didn’t even know that it was possible to move through energies and let them flow. Another big shift is recognizing my victim pattern and how deeply I expected others to come in and save me. It was terrifying to see this and Brittany created a container where it was safe. Now, I’m much more able to take responsibility for my own life which is the foundation for feeling empowered.
